Article and Forum Errors

Postby Dave » Sun May 17, 2009 2:27 pm

As soon as I finish processing my photos, an overwhelming sense of urgency takes over me until I have them published in an article.

The overwhelming sense of urgency can lead to me rushing to get articles online and I am only too aware that this can lead to spelling errors or poor grammar, or both.

I’m not over sensitive about having this kind of thing flagged up. On the contrary... I will be grateful to anyone who points out spelling errors or poor grammar in the articles. If you notice a factual error in an article, feel free to raise that too.

That said, posts in the forums are very different, especially those by other members. Tis not and never will be a spelling or good grammar test. I expect most people, just like me, write their posts - hit the submit button and only afterwards read what they wrote. So I hope everyone enjoys a relaxed approach to posting in the forums or fora.

If you notice an article error, I will be grateful if you post it in this thread. Please include where you noticed the error. You can link to it by copying the URI / URL from the address bar or location bar of your browser, then pasting it in your post. If you prefer privacy, then fee free to PM me on such issues.

Cheers
Dave
