Malton Food Lovers Festival tickets go on sale

MALTON FOOD LOVERS FESTIVAL 2013 tickets are now on sale at the festival's official website: www.maltonfoodfestival.co.uk

Deb Waite, from the 'We Love Malton Team', said: "There are a series of amazing ticketed events which are making the festival in May the biggest and best ever."

The 2013 foodie extravaganza taking place next month on 18-19 May is free to enter with no charge to visit the food stalls or the beer and wine festival.

Festival goers can buy tickets for the special one-off events including a one hour personal cooking lesson with Antonio Carluccio, additionally there are a limited number tickets to join Antonio for a Gala dinner in the Milton Rooms on the Saturday evening of the event, where Antonio will host and cook a special Tuscan themed evening that Deb called: "A one off dinner party of a lifetime."

Festival patrons, James Mackenzie and Andrew Pern are also presenting cooking lessons and in the Cookery Theatre chefs and patrons will be cooking live on stage.


Visen Anenden, who cooks for the Prince of Wales at Duchy Home Farm, at Highgrove Estate in Gloucestershire, will debut with his first ever live cooking presentation. He'll also be making an appearance at the interview tent with Selina Scott and Antonio Carluccio.

Festival goers will also have a chance to meet food writers Tom Parker-Bowles and Jay Rayner.

The new 2013 festival leaflet can be picked up from most shops in Malton.
