Welcome to your charming Georgian holiday cottage, in the pretty market town of Kirkbymoorside, providing the gateway to the North York Moors National Park.
Set over three floors, your characterful Kirkbymoorside holiday cottage has been lovingly restored, retaining original features such as beamed ceilings and a feature fireplace. The open plan living area of your holiday cottage makes a relaxing spot to gather and sit by the wood-burning stove, with the winding cottage stairs lead up to delightfully quirky bedrooms.
Outside your holiday cottage, a small enclosed courtyard provides a sheltered spot for the odd glass of wine, whilst just 50 metres away is a small park with an enclosed play area for children, perfect for a picnic while the children play.
Kirkbymoorside enjoys all of the facilities you would expect to find in a rural market town with local pubs, restaurants, shops, weekly markets plus an excellent golf course. Kirkbymoorside is the perfect base for exploring the vast expanse of the North York Moors National Park, the Howardian Hills, the Yorkshire Coast and the Yorkshire Dales too. Local visitor attractions include Castle Howard, Duncombe Park, the open air museum at Ryedale Museum, Pickering Castle and the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway. You'll never be short of things to do.
Accommodation is over three floors with an open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and on the top floor one twin bedroom and one single.
A first floor bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and WC. A second floor bathroom with bath, wash hand basin and WC.

Full gas central heating, additional heating from wood-burner in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with FreeView, DVD, radio/CD. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood-burner inc. Bed linen inc. in fees. 2 x travel cots, 2 x highchairs. Roadside parking opposite cottage. Small enclosed rear yard with seating. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Steep stairs. Note: Max 6 adults and 1 child including infants.
